Account Manager (CSR)

Our growing retail business is looking for a skilled problem-solver to join our team as an Account Manager (CSR). We need an enthusiastic individual, as this is a fast-paced environment, and someone who is quick and accurate, pays super attention to details, and well organized.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Manage account base
  • Support sales team
  • Identify and expand opportunities with active account base
  • Demonstrate effective solutions to maintain account base
  • Make 50-100 outbound calls per day

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have prior service experience   
  • Sales background is an advantage
  • Good written and communications skills in English
  • Must possess high energy
