One Planet Ops Inc. operates several large internet-focused businesses while investing on a broad spectrum across the tech world. One Planet Ops is seeking a team player and energetic Executive Assistant to CEO. This individual will play a key role in keeping the CEO's office organized, on track, and moving forward. S/he handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature, and must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment. A proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications and opportunities, and organize and maintain administrative processes is essential to this position. You must possesses an unwavering can do attitude to assist our CEO and Executive Officers.


  • Provide all levels of support to CEO
  • Assist Executive Team as needed
  • Scheduling meetings -- effectively managing CEO's schedule; understanding priorities; accurately inputting meeting detail.
  • Organize and schedule all travel--both international and domestic for Executive Team (must be experienced and comfortable in complicated multi-city and multi-country travel plans; may occasionally include personal travel)
  • Running work-related and personal errands
  • Create and submit expense reports
  • Prepare meeting materials, i.e. presentations and handouts
  • Plan and execute company events
  • Absolute discretion in handling sensitive company information and materials
  • Driven and attentive to the details


  • 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be available to take phone calls, check emails, or answer texts at all times
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Ability to act efficiently on last minute projects
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communication skills in person, on phone and by email
  • Excellent judgment; resourcefulness and mature approach
  • Comfortable working in a team setting with client service "can do" attitude
  • Independent and comfortable in a medium size office environment
  • Excellent execution -- a perfectionist
  • Ease in getting along with team members at all levels
  • Curiosity and a constant interest in learning
  • Consistency and a high degree of quality in work
