Job Description

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with prospects, customers
  • Create and advertise weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keep C-level executives apprised of the progress
  • Implement sales and service training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company grows
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for data, information, and reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA preferred)
  • At least ten (10) years work experience in sales management, B2B, direct or outside sales in a BPO setting
  • Highly analytical and data/metrics driven
  • Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
  • Exceptional English - verbal and written communication skills
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
  • Positive professional, and enthusiastic
  • Solid understanding of basic office-related technology and software tool
  • Willing to work in a permanent night shift
